Operation process:

Mix and wash rice and glutinous rice in the ratio of 3:1. The ratio of water to rice is 1:1. After cooking, pour DAK sushi vinegar and mix well. Let the rice cool and stand by.

Lay a layer of fresh-keeping film on the rolling curtain to avoid sticking rice when rolling sushi.

Then spread baked seaweed and rice, put carrots, Japanese roots, cucumber, ham and Mida's tuna, and squeeze Mida's sweet salad dressing.

Use the rolling curtain to roll up and cut into small sections( The knife cuts easily when dipped some water.)
