Mida’s honey sauce 210g, Mida’s white pepper 1g, light soy sauce 50g, dark soy sauce 5g , wine 60g

2.Mix the seasoning evenly according to the proportion, and evenly spread the seasoning on the whole body of the chicken for about 4 hours or one night.

Put the pickled chicken into the baking pan, and wrap chicken with tin foil to avoid zooming out when baking.

Preheat the chicken at 180 ℃, bake it for five minutes, cover it with tin foil and bake it for another 15 minutes. Open the tin foil and apply a layer of Mida’s honey sauce evenly. Bake it for five minutes and then come out of the oven and put it on a plate( Note: the baking time of different brands of ovens will be different, and the normal time is 20-25 minutes)
