Prepare the material:
Main materials

1 chicken leg with bone, about 160g

25g broccoli, 30g carrots,  2 small tomatoes( about 30g)


Seasoning


30g Mida's black pepper sauce, 1g salt, 1g chicken powder, 0.5g pepper powder, 5g wine, 8g wheat powder, 8g corn starch, 0.2g black pepper, 8g oil

1.After the chicken leg is completely thawed, take out the big leg bone with a knife,you can cut a few knives on the chicken leg meat.

Marinate the chicken chops with seasoning for about 30 minutes.

Cut carrots and broccoli into small pieces, cook them with boiling water and set aside.

Heat the pan and pour oil. When the oil temperature is up to 70%,add chicken chops, and then turn the chicken chops upside down with a clip. Pay attention to shake the pan left and right to prevent sticking to the pan. At the same time, add boiled broccoli, carrots and small tomatoes, fry them in the pan, and sprinkle some DAK black pepper.

Observe that there is no blood red on one side of the chicken. When the chicken skin turns golden yellow, you can come out of the pot. Fry broccoli, carrots and small tomatoes until they are colored.

Prepare black pepper juice: add 30g Mida's black pepper sauce and 15g water to the pot and dilute.
